Permanent Registration

Application forms shall be submitted to the Administration Office (Government Representative) who shall submit the application to the Head Office for the review and issuance of the Permanent Registration. The Certificate of Registry shall be valid for the period of Five (5) years from the date of issue. The Radio Ship Station License and Minimum Safe Manning Certificate shall be subject for renewal upon receipt of payment for the annual fees.

  • Certified true copy of a Bill of Sale, Judicial Sale Instrument, or Builder Certificate.
  • Original Deletion Certificate from the previous registry.)
  • Original Power of Attorney appointing a shipping agent
  • Copies of all valid certificates issued by the RO on behalf of the Government of Djibouti (where applicable)
  • International Tonnage Certificate 1969 issued by the RO on behalf of the Government of Djibouti (where applicable). The Full Term ITC 1969 shall be issued by the Djibouti International Ship Registry Head Office.

All documents submitted must be in the English language, if they are in a foreign language, they must be accompanied by an official translation.
